Shining through all the qualities of the senses, yet without the senses; unattached, sustaining all, without qualities, yet the enjoyer of qualities.
The verse reminds you that the Self pervades everything — senses, forms, and places — so when you feel separate, remember the same awareness is present in every hand, face, and breath around you. On this Pūrṇimā, let that sense of pervasiveness soften judgments and open you to simple compassion for others' struggles.
Notice one moment today when you treat someone as the same presence you feel within yourself.
