Terms of Service

Vedha360 is a devotional learning service operated by Vedha IT from India. We offer it in India and in a range of other countries. We do not offer or direct the Service to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Russia, or mainland China. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own location, and you may not use the Service where it is prohibited.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription. Vedha360 is intended for adults; children’s content is meant to be read by a parent to a child.

• Free access includes the Bhagavad Gītā and a limited number of daily Ask Vedha questions.
• Premium unlocks the full library, all languages, audio, higher limits, and the ability to book poojas, live or recorded (see section 4). On the website, Premium is billed in India at ₹99/month or ₹999/year (via Razorpay).
• Ultimate adds personal Jyotiṣa, custom deities, your own voice recordings, and the highest Ask Vedha limits. On the website it is billed in India at ₹299/month or ₹2,999/year.
• Outside India, the website bills subscriptions in US dollars: Premium at $4.99/month or $49.99/year, and Ultimate at $12.99/month or $129.99/year. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction charges. You can also subscribe in the Vedha360 mobile app, where the App Store or Google Play charges your local price and handles applicable taxes.
• Prices shown are for new subscriptions. If we change a price, your existing subscription continues to renew at the price you signed up at; a new price applies only if you start a new subscription or change plan.
• Premium and Ultimate are auto-renewing subscriptions that renew each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Web payments are processed by Razorpay; mobile purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• Except where required by applicable law (or by App Store / Play refund policies for mobile purchases), payments are non-refundable for periods already started.

Premium and Ultimate members (not free trials) can book a pooja: a named rite performed at a scheduled time by a verified priest, either live (streamed privately to you as it happens) or recorded (performed without you present, with the video delivered to you afterwards). Vedha360 operates the marketplace — we list the rites, verify the priests, take the booking and handle payment. The rite itself is performed by an independent priest, not by Vedha IT, and the pooja fee is charged separately from your subscription. We retain a service fee from each booking and pay the balance to the priest.

• Prices are shown per rite. In India they are shown and charged in Indian rupees; everywhere else they are shown and charged in US dollars, converted at the rate displayed at checkout and settled to us in Indian rupees.
• Sessions are scheduled in your own timezone. For a live booking the stream opens shortly before the appointed time, and it is your responsibility to join. For a recorded booking you do not need to attend: the rite is performed at the scheduled time either way.
• For a recorded booking, what you are buying is the rite and the recording of it. We aim to make the video available within a short time of the pooja. If it cannot be delivered to you, the booking is refunded in full automatically.
• To perform the rite the priest needs your sankalpa details — names, gotra, and where the rite requires it, nakṣatra or the names of the departed. These are shared only with the priest assigned to your booking, are never published, and are deleted with your account. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
• Any recording is for your personal use. Please do not publish or redistribute it — it carries the priest’s voice and image, and your family’s names spoken aloud. Playback links are private to you and time-limited; you can always open a fresh one from your bookings.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy: in short, a full refund 48 hours or more before the start, half between 12 and 48 hours, none inside 12 hours — and always a full refund if the priest cancels or does not appear.
• A pooja is an act of devotional observance. We make no claim, and no priest may claim, that it will produce any particular outcome — spiritual, medical, financial, legal or otherwise.
• We may decline or cancel a booking, with a full refund, where a priest becomes unavailable, where the request falls outside what a priest can properly perform, or where we reasonably suspect misuse.

• Use Vedha360 for personal, lawful, devotional and educational purposes.
• Do not scrape, resell, redistribute, or republish our content, translations, or audio.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Do not upload content (including deity images) or record audio that you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, offensive, infringes others’ rights, or contains another person’s voice without their permission. We screen uploads for safety and may remove content that violates these Terms.

Original Sanskrit verses are in the public domain. English renderings, translations, summaries, audio, images, and software are © Vedha360 / Vedha IT and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Any content you upload or record—including your own voice recordings—remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to store your recordings and play them back to you solely to provide the Service.

“Ask Vedha” and certain summaries are AI-assisted and intended for study and reflection. They are not a substitute for a qualified teacher, and not religious, medical, legal, or financial advice. AI responses may be incomplete or contain errors — please use your own judgement.

Our Jyotiṣa (astrology), Navagraha, and Yātrā (sacred-journey) content is provided for information and reflection only. It is not professional advice and does not predict or guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vedha IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you additional rights that cannot be waived. For mobile purchases, the App Store / Play billing and dispute terms also apply.

We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy & data.
