उषे यह्वी सुपेशसा विश्वे देवा ऽ अमर्त्याः । त्रिष्टुप् छन्द ऽ इहेन्द्रियं पष्ठवाड् गौर् वयो दधुः
The dawns, youthful and beautiful, all the immortal gods, the Triṣṭup meter, the sixth strength, the cow, and the vital power have taken up.
दैव्या होतारा भिषजेन्द्रेण सयुजा युजा । जगती छन्द ऽ इन्द्रियम् अनड्वान् गौर् वयो दधुः
The two divine Hotṛs, healers, united with Indra, the Jagatī meter, the strength, the bull, the cow, and the vital power have taken up.
तिस्र ऽ इडा सरस्वती भारती मरुतो विशः । विराट् छन्द ऽ इहेन्द्रियं धेनुर् गौर् न वयो दधुः
The three goddesses Iḍā, Sarasvatī, Bhāratī, the Maruts, the clans, the Virāṭ meter, the seventh strength, the cow as a milch-cow, and the vital power have taken up.
त्वष्टा तुरीपो ऽ अद्भुत ऽ इन्द्राग्नी पुष्टिवर्धना । द्विपदा छन्द ऽ इन्द्रियम् उक्षा गौर् न वयो दधुः
Tvaṣṭṛ the shaper, the wondrous one, Indra and Agni, increasers of nourishment, the Dvipadā meter, the strength, the bull, the cow as a bull, and the vital power have taken up.
शमिता नो वनस्पतिः सविता प्रसुवन् भगम् । ककुप् छन्द ऽ इहेन्द्रियं वशा वेहद् वयो दधुः
The vanaspati as pacifier, Savitṛ bestowing fortune, the Kakubh meter, the eighth strength, the cow as a heifer, and the vital power have taken up.
स्वाहा यज्ञं वरुणः सुक्षत्रो भेषजं करत् । अतिच्छन्दा ऽइन्द्रियं बृहद् ऋषभो गौर् वयो दधुः
May Varuṇa, with good rule, make the sacrifice successful with 'svāhā', may he make the remedy; the Aticchandā meter, the great bull, the cow, and the vital power have taken up.
वसन्तेन ऽ ऋतुना देवा वसवस् त्रिवृता स्तुताः । रथन्तरेण तेजसा हविर् इन्द्रे वयो दधुः
With the season of spring, the gods, the Vasus, praised with the threefold hymn, with the brilliance of the Rathantara, the oblation, Indra, and the vital power have taken up.
ग्रीष्मेण ऽ ऋतुना देवा रुद्राः पञ्चदशे स्तुताः । बृहता यशसा बलꣳ हविर् इन्द्रे वयो दधुः
With the summer season, the gods, the Rudras, were praised in the fifteenth hymn; with great glory, they gave strength, offering oblation to Indra, and bestowed vitality.
वर्षाभिर् ऋतुनादित्या स्तोमे सप्तदशे स्तुताः । वैरूपेण विशौजसा हविर् इन्द्रे वयो दधुः
With the rainy season, the Ādityas were praised in the seventeenth hymn; with manifold and universal might, they gave oblation to Indra, and bestowed vitality.
शारदेन ऽ ऋतुना देवा ऽ एकविꣳश ऽ ऋभव स्तुताः । वैराजेन श्रिया श्रियꣳ हविर् इन्द्रे वयो दधुः
With the autumn season, the gods, the Ṛbhus, were praised in the twenty-first hymn; with splendid majesty, they gave prosperity, offering oblation to Indra, and bestowed vitality.
हेमन्तेन ऽ ऋतुना देवास् त्रिणवे मरुत स्तुताः । बलेन शक्वरीः सहो हविर् इन्द्रे वयो दधुः
With the winter season, the gods, the Maruts, were praised in the thirty-ninth hymn; with strength and power, they gave oblation to Indra, and bestowed vitality.
शैशिरेण ऽ ऋतुना देवास् त्रयस्त्रिꣳशे ऽमृता स्तुताः । सत्येन रेवतीः क्षत्रꣳ हविर् इन्द्रे वयो दधुः
With the cool season, the gods, the Immortals, were praised in the thirty-third hymn; with truth and abundance, they gave sovereignty, offering oblation to Indra, and bestowed vitality.
होता यक्षत् समिधाग्निम् इडस् पदे ऽश्विनेन्द्रꣳ सरस्वतीम् अजो धूम्रो न गोधूमैः कुवलैर् भेषजं मधु शष्पैर् न तेज ऽ इन्द्रियं पयः सोमः परिस्रुता घृतं मधु व्यन्त्व् आज्यस्य होतर् यज
Let the Hotar worship Agni with kindling, at the place of Iḍā, with the Aśvins, Indra, Sarasvatī, and the dark ram, with barley, with remedies, with honey, with tender grass, with vigor, with strength, with milk, with Soma, with clarified butter, with honey; let the Hotar offer the oblation.

Let the Hotṛ invoke the Aśvins, Sarasvatī, Indra the well-knowing; these Somas, pressed with goats, sheep, bulls, with shoots, not with husks, with grains, great, exhilarating, well-purified, bright, rich in milk, immortal, set forth, flowing with honey—may the Aśvins, Sarasvatī, Indra the well-knowing, the slayer of Vṛtra, be pleased with them; let them drink and enjoy the Soma sweetness. O Hotṛ, offer the oblation.

Let the Hotṛ invoke the Aśvins; let them accept today the middle portion of the goat offering, the fat raised up, kept away from haters, kept away from what is handled by men, now placed in the ghee, in the ghee of the first-pressed grains, of the well-praised, of the hundred Rudras, of those who have tasted the fire, of those who have made rich offerings, from the side, from the hip, from the white fat, from the upper part, from each limb as it is cut—may the Aśvins be pleased with the oblation. O Hotṛ, offer.
